Return Timeframes
For defective or damaged products: Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product to report the issue. We will guide you through the return process.
For order errors: Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product to report the error. We will provide instructions on how to proceed with the return.
Return Shipping Fees
For defective, damaged, or order errors on our part, we will cover the return shipping fees.
For voluntary returns or any other reasons, the return shipping fees will be the customer’s responsibility.
Return Process
To return a product, please follow these steps:

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the receipt and status of your refund. If the return is approved, a refund will be issued using the original payment method in a timely manner.
